What you approve is what we print

Every magnet is printed from the exact preview you approved: same crop, same caption, same colors. Because each kit is made from your own photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Reprints

If a magnet arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match your approved preview, reply to your order email within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it for free. If we warned you that a photo was too small before you paid, a blurry result from that photo is not covered.

Shipping

We print within 2 business days. Delivery dates such as "before Mother's Day" are our goal, not a guarantee, because carriers control the final days. Gift boxes ship with no prices inside.
